Students entering 6th grade at Klahowya will have an opportunity to check out the school before the 2024-2025 school year begins.
June 3rd - 5th Grade Visit to KSS
Incoming 5th grade students visit KSS by taking a bus from their school to KSS. They visit and familiarize themselves with KSS then return to their elementary school by school bus.
KSS: Buses will arrive @ 10:00 a.m., drivers will be ready to load up for return trip at 11:00 a.m.
Cougar Valley (1) bus
CV loads at 9:30 a.m., departs at 9:35 a.m.
Hawk (1) bus
HEJP loads at 9:40 a.m., departs at 9:45 a.m.
Silverdale (1) bus
SI loads at 9:40 a.m., departs at 9:45 a.m.
Green Mountain (1) bus
GM loads at 9:40 a.m., departs at 9:45 a.m.
August 22nd, Noon to 6pm - Flight Path - All students are welcome to come by any time during the open hours to pick up a draft of their schedules, have their school photo taken and gather other school information.
First Day of School - September 4th 7:50 a.m. - 2:35 p.m.
Start the day by picking up your schedule. We'll show you where you can get them. If you didn't attend Flight Path, you can get your picture taken at 7:45 a.m.
Second Day of School - September 5th 7:50 a.m. - 2:35 p.m.
The first Thursday of each school year is a FULL day. All other Thursdays will be 7:50 a.m. - 1:05 p.m.
