Annual Notice of Reasonable Assurance

This is your annual Notice of Reasonable Assurance to return as a classified substitute or guest teacher for the 2019-2020 school year. Carefully read each section below before submitting your response.

Notice of Reasonable Assurance

Regardless of whether you plan to substitute during the school year, it is mandatory that you acknowledge this annual notice by submitting a response via the reasonable assurance form. A link will be sent to you via email each spring.

 

Sexual Misconduct Release Form

If you worked or substituted at other district(s) or private school(s) during this school year, you are required to complete a Sexual Misconduct Release Form for each of those districts and/or private schools.

  • Sexual Misconduct Form
    • Select the link above to print and complete as many copies of the form as needed
    • Or, stop by the Human Resources office to complete the form
    • Submit forms to Substitute Services Program Secretary Marion Hudgins  
    • Forms can be mailed, dropped off, or emailed to [email protected]
    • Do not send the forms to other districts or private schools

School Breaks

The calendar identifies the regularly scheduled breaks during the school year. As a substitute, you have reasonable assurance to return as a substitute after these breaks. Visit the district's calendar page to download calendars.

End-of-year announcements and information will be sent via email to your CKschools.org email account. Please check weekly for new announcements.
